If you wish to sell a painting, please send a digital photograph by e-mail, with relevant details such as a history of the painting, inscriptions and dimensions. Our pre-sale advice is free of charge.

Depending on the quality of the painting and the owner’s wishes we may offer to

• sell your painting in our gallery on consignment
• buy your painting for the Hoogsteder & Hoogsteder Collection
• offer your painting for sale at a specific auction house

With a successful sale the owner’s fee (i.e. vendor’s fee)  is 15% (ex. VAT-BTW). In exceptional cases Hoogsteder& Hoogsteder may offer a different fee to the owner/vendor.

Hoogsteder & Hoogsteder have been able to assist hundreds of owners with their sale of Old Master paintings.
